Dr. Kipervas began her education at Moscow Medical Academy. After emigrating to the United States, she received her D.O. from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed her residency at State University of New York at Buffalo. She is Board Certified in Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Kipervas practices Family Medicine at Lehigh Valley Hospital at Comprehensive Laser and Cosmetic Center, located at 104 Skinner Hill Road, in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.
